At Cases & Covers, we want your device to be perfectly protected; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the case or cover in its original retail packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned electronics accessories, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
